Vintage Swedish Police District Identity Tag Sweden

not quite sure of what this was used for. I assume for plain clothes staff. hard metal approx 2.35" by 1.5" with small loop type fitting. as far as i am aware its an obsolete item but import will still be restricted in certain countries. Please check first.
