Vintage Iraq Kurdistan Regional Police Uniform Patch

an early type post Iraq War era Police patch. approx 4" by 3" with signs of age etc. early type after the Sadam Hussein era. not sure if this one is still used. nb some import restictions on this one. Please check first.
