China Military Medal in Packing Made in Taiwan

interesting item. appears to be a Communist medal , unsure which class but made in the other China. approx 2.5" by 2.25" plus loop etc and some version of the Reconnaisance Medal but no idea which grade. Sold as is and as seen.
