Belgian Ostend Memorial Sweethearts or Veterans Brooch France Oostende

a Great War era commemorative lapel badge approx 1" by 1" . missing its rear fitting but still interesting. Uses the Dutch spelling on this one. A pair of gold toned anchors at each side. Looks very pre WW2 but i guess could have been used for either conflict.
