USAF Cold War Token West Germany 1984 United States Airforce

an interesting item albeit a bit sad considering. I assume to praise one of the Space Shuttles many flights. Used for a Volksmarch event. approx 2.5" diameter plus loop and ribbon. signs of age and handling etc.
