an interesting and unusual item. appears to be heavily plated brass approx. 2.25" by 1.5". GR cypher at centre. the brooch pin fitting is sadly missing. Not entirely sure what this was. looks like an officers horse blanket badge but might be some sort of commemorative item since it does not have 29 on it. sold as is. signs of use. plating has worn off reverse.  read more
