an interesting pair of badges. possibly sew on interim cap badges. aluminium based each approx 2.5" by 2.1". no signs of ant fittings. This emblem was retained for a short while by Zimbabwe. One plain and one with a gold tone finish.  read more

superb lot. family photos and paperwork related to Lucien Vandenberghe, Two POW Veterans membership booklets with stamps. A scarce occupied France Nazi id pass and a travel pass. The holder was probably in forced labour to late war which was not unusual.  read more

Scottish Clan Fraser of Lovat Pipers Badge Possibly British Army

a smaller size pipers badge with the crest of this Scottish family. white metal approx 2.75" diameter. The emblem is more like the Lovat Scouts one but not sure if this is military. Could be a cadet force item perhaps. Still a great badge. Brooch pin fitting on reverse. Very bright an difficult to get a good picture. Signs of wear and a couple of edge knocks. Probably older than it looks.  read more
